“ Came to ihop today and got me a big steak omelette !! I will say that the service is amazing and the workers are very sweet and polite! I had a lil issue with my omelette and the manager was super helpful and kind and fixed my issue with no problem! Thank you IHOP for your lovely service ! ”

“ Each of us has a spot to go eat for our birthday. Our oldest sons choice has been IHOP since he was 3. The experience was great. Our waitress was awesome and helped make his birthday dinner special. There was some miscommunication on my part and our waitress made sure any mistake was corrected and fixed everything. When we were done eating she brought out a scoop of ice cream to make it even more special. On receipt it says Ciara...so I assume that is her name. Make sure she gets the praise she deserves on this review. Even manager was seen walking around checking in on everyone and made sure everything was good for us...even overheard another customer talking how they had made her order right when she had food delivered while she was in the hospital...so I would give 6 instead of 5 stars if I could on service ”
“ I didnt catch the waitresses name, but I came in with a party of 7 at 2 oclock in the morning. I know that can be frustrating, but she was very patient and kind. We kept things clean and didnt cause too much noise. She was excellent and was very quick with our food. We came in early on 011825. If she sees this or her managers know, she deserves to know shes excellent at her job and a very kind and friendly person ”
“ We came in Friday morning around 10am and it was very crowded, which I take as a good sign. We were seated right away. Brenda was our server and I cannot say enough great things about her! From the second she greeted us we loved her. My husband and I both got the cold brew and she recommended adding French vanilla creamer because it can be bitter. My husband added it to his, I did not add any to mine and we both loved the coffee. My pancakes came out perfectly, but they did not have whipped cream. Brenda really went above and beyond trying to track some down, even saying someone would go to the store to grab some! I didnt actually want whipped cream but that is some freaking service! I like my scrambled eggs well done and brown, and its hard to get restaurants to make them that way sometimes. They came out perfect. My husband got a bbq burger and he said it was delicious. 5 stars. Especially the service. We will be back!! And we will be asking for Brenda. ”

Our server was professional and efficient, quickly providing our drinks. She offered helpful breakfast suggestions and patiently assisted the children in placing their own orders. The food arrived promptly, and the server thoughtfully inquired about salsa, which she promptly delivered. Throughout our meal, she ensured we had everything we needed. ”
